Christini Product Information
The Christini Fund was established in the memory of Christine Shimizu who lost her battle to the most lethal form of mitochondrial disease, Leigh's Syndrome, just weeks after her second birthday. The goals of the Christini Fund are to raise money for research, increase public awareness of mitochondrial diseases, and inform people about the hope that can be found at the Mitochondrial and Metabolic Disease Center at UCSD.
